Use the rotation matrix. Multiply all 9 values of the matrix with the scale
factor. E.g. a matrix 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 to 2 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 2 will result in a
part double the normal size. 0.5 0 0 0 0.5 0 0 0 0.5 results in a part half
the original size.
Make sure you multiply all 9 values with the same factor otherwice the part is
deformed.
