I am getting this error message too on 3 different new machines onto which I
am trying to install LDAO for the first time. I've downloaded both the web-
based and full installers from Steve's site but I keep getting the error about
this file - comdlg32.ocx and I can't even find that file on my machines.
I've run both the vb5 and vb6 run-time installers as well - dunno what's going
on. Two machines are running 98se, one of them is running Win2k Server.

| (...) I have had this problem too. I'm not sure what program I installed which installed a MUCH older version of comdlg32.ocx . I found a newer file on the 98se CD and copied them over. As I suspected, They didn't work either. I found a 6.00.8140 (...) (24 years ago, 5-Jun-00, to lugnet.cad)
