I have just finished my first POV-RAY of a SantaFe locomotive, a General
Motors SD-75M, and am having a problem with it not rendering correctly.

This is a png file of the rendering. It was the only compression I could do
and not lose significant detail. I will try to get a better jpg later. If
you want the actual bitmap, it is here (188K)

Anyway, the wheels in the back are too high and not lined up, but they are
fine in my MPD file. I made this with MLCAD.
In case you want to see the DAT file, it is here:

If anyone could give me any clues, I would appreciate it. I would love to
learn POV-RAY better. I made the POV files with l2p, version 0.5. Is it as
much of a PITA as I think, or am I going about it hard way?
Thanks,
Mike

| (...) I know l3p doesn't do .mpd's, and I suspect l2p doesn't, either. Use M-Peedy to break out the .mpd file, then run l2p. -John Van (25 years ago, 26-Oct-99, to lugnet.cad)
