I have the original Lightwave file, I used ULEAD to crop and add the sounds.
It is custom size 400x250, Cinepac Codec. I can provide any original files
that you want.

That is my NTSC video equipment's pixel resolution. If you are using MAX, I
can take the native files. Lightwave and others can be translated with some
success.
