No.  No hair, yet.  It would be nice to have, though.  I get tired of putting
hats and helmets on everyone, and I don't like having the stud-bald look.

I am also wondering about the triangular, flat hats found in some pirate and
castle sets. I need theese pieces to complete my Zelda-minifigs.
