(I thought I already answered but don't see the message appear...) (...) That's what I do too. But I keep a pure official library in a separate folder. I use this as LDraw library path for MPD wizard while my regular LDraw folder is the unofficial (...) (17 years ago, 27-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

(...) On further investigation, it is now clear why I did this. All three files are obsolete and not used by any official parts and as primitives/subparts should not be directly referenced in models. I would put it in your Majhost gallery (because of the close relationship with Brickshelf I see no reason why it would not be allowed. eg. the TOS is the same...) Try to include all unofficial parts in the (...) (17 years ago, 25-Apr-09, to lugnet.cad, FTX)
