Apparently somebody decided to rename this part to 3928c01.dat. They then also
decided that 3829.dat should just be the base. That is how things look on the
tracker right now. However, anyone using the official parts library will be
using 3829 as the steering wheel/stand composite part. Personally, I think this
sets a horrible precedent in the parts library, but I'm not going to fight it.

This is the unofficial library, so "They may be incomplete, or inaccurate, and it is possible that when they are officially released they may be changed (...)
