I figured it out and using the old ORIENTATION file from and old LPub version.
The strange thing is that the 2x4 plates display rotated, but the 2x6 does not.
It is in the same file and orientated the same like the 2x4 plates.
Clearing the partscache does not help.
Help! ;-)
