The unofficial files are coded to use color 383, because that color works with all LDraw programs (some better than others). So you have to update the unofficial parts to use the (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad)

Problem is that color 151 is not natively recognized by MLCad (neither 71 MedStone or (...) (17 years ago, 17-Jul-07, to lugnet.cad)
