Hi Aaron,
I have not used that CD, but if it creates a shortcut, check that the path in
the shortcut is correct. If that is OK, open a command line window (start / run
/ cmd, OK) and check that the LDRAWDIR environment variable is set correctly to
the Ldraw base directory.
If both those look right, I'm stumped.
