As far as I can see there is no software available that counts the real
used parts in an MPD-File.
The problem is caused if a model is used more than once in another model.
Are there any user out there who has solved this problem by software? I
do not want to put my hand on any step in the counting process.

If there is no one that has such a tool are there other users who also
need such a tool?

Any comment is appreciated.

Mike,
  LPub certainly does this.

Hi Kevin,

yes, you are right it works. But I can not see where I can generate a
listing of the parts used that is, lets say in peeron format.

As second point, do you have checked my problem with long path names?
Any new version without that bug available?
