    Problem in counting part in an MPD-File —Michael Heidemann
   As far as I can see there is no software available that counts the real used parts in an MPD-File. The problem is caused if a model is used more than once in another model.      (...) I have written a fairly simple Excel macro that reads the report file generated by Extras|Reports|Parts... in MLCAD.      (...) I usually just export the steps (File | Export...) of the .mpd using MLCad. The last step file of the main model will be a 'flat' ldr file that has all the individual parts.
