No, I don’t mean the forum for AFOLS, I
mean the Java-based LEGO model editor!
I just downloaded it, and although slow on my machine (what isn’t!!) it seems to
run OK. Loads and saves DAT & LDR files, looks like no MPD support, although the
list of “All LCAD files” includes a .mdl extension, not sure what that is.
It seems nothing has happened with it since 2002, and it appears to have been
written by someone called MJ Crompton.
Just wondering if anyone thinks it would be worth continuing development of such
a beast? It’d be a pity to waste all that work.
