Using this I get an error Invalid path (no Parts and/or P dir found)!
It tells me the base path is C:\LDraw\Apps\MLCAD, but as I see it, it asks for
the parts path, hwich is C:\LDraw\parts\
But that doesnt work either.

I think, from memory, that the path (in your case) should just be C:\LDraw. Can
anyone confirm or correct?

(...) That works, thanks! The same was in the other posting, which linked to a FAQ Sonnich (20 years ago, 8-Oct-04, to lugnet.cad)
