The LSC is currently working on formalizing the format of ldconfig.
I dont think well be ready in time for the upcoming update. Look
for it in the the 2004-1 update.

Sounds good. Is this happening on a mailing list with archives so
those of us not in the loop can monitor the progress?

So, will it support the color of this piece :-)?
Yes, that is the actual color of the piece. No, it wasnt painted. Yes, it was
made by Lego. Yes, there are swirls in the plastic, which has at least two
component colors (its more obvious in real life).
(In case it isnt obvious, my question is tongue-in-cheek, but the piece is
real, albeit presumably rare.)
