When I used to use the old POV-Ray version,
I could render in orthographic mode easily. When I
attempted this in my POV-Ray v3.5, it did not render

has something changed in this new version? Earlier I
simply had to remove the '//' from:

//orthographic

Nowadays this doesn't work... thanks...

Ohhhh!  OHHHH!!  I know this one :-)

POV-Ray 3.5 moved the camera type keyword (orthographic or perspective) to
the front of the camera statement.  Delete the "//orthographic" from the end
of the statement and insert "orthographic" as the first item inside the
camera bracket, like this:

camera {
   orthographic
   #declare PCT = 65; // Percentage further away
   #declare STEREO = 0; // Normal view

And that's all I've got to say about that :-)

Later,
Will

Thanks, I'll be sure to remember this new trick. =)
