okay.. time for the first release.. anyone using 3DSMAX to model elements should be able to get some nice use out of this util... (URL) requires the use of a freeware ASCII export plugin which can also be found at the page... check it out... and, as (...) (26 years ago, 21-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad)

(...) there isn't a direct DAT2MAX.. but there IS a DAT2DXF... and MAX can read .DXF files... so that might be the place for you to start :) J (26 years ago, 23-Feb-99, to lugnet.cad)
