  Re: Part 50944x1?

(...) Please visit my webside (URL) and look for the Tiny Turbo models. I am sure I have used there an available part that fits nearly for this purpose. cu mikeheide (17 years ago, 8-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: New POV-dat: 3062bL46.dat - Brick 1 x 1 Round Yellow with POV Light

(...) Exactly the kind of thing I'm looking for to "lighten up" my space crafts. Question: How do I develop my own files? I can't seem to get the datshine102.exe to work. Even if I have to hand code them into the .ldr files, I'll be happy. (17 years ago, 6-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad.ray, lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

  Part 50944x1?

Does anyone have even a mock-up that's usable until the full part is ready? It's the wheels for almost all of the Tiny Turbo sets. I've been putting the tyres in without the wheels and man do those cars look weird. :-) (17 years ago, 6-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad)

Re: can LPUB PLI BEGIN ... sections be nested?

(...) Hi Steve, LPub cannot (and should not) support any nested META commands, except for the nesting implied by use of sub-models. I think the mistake you are making is to synthesize actual lego products, rather than by hose/cable type. The purpose (...) (17 years ago, 5-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad)

MPD file for Technic #8274, Combine Harvester

Hello to everybody! I am modelling the firt model of the set #8274 with MLCad. You can find the actual state of the .mpd file describing the harvester in my SVN server, but the files is still unfinished: (URL) I only need the following parts to (...)   Re: Which CAD program recommended for Mac??

(...) Moving things manually a long distance is cumbersome, even with the coarse grid. The inspector does show the coordinates of the selected part or submodel, although I'm not sure if that's what you mean by cursor coordinates. Note that if you do (...)   Re: Which CAD program recommended for Mac??

(...) Yes, this is very annoying as using the arrow keys to move a part/assembly all the way across the model can be slow and painful, especially since Bricksmith doesn't seem to display cursor coordinates. (...) Ok, I see. I'd like functionality to (...) (17 years ago, 4-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.mac)

Re: Which CAD program recommended for Mac??

(...) Bricksmith is certainly unlike MLCad, which is indeed a fine program. However, I'd like to humbly correct a few inaccuracies I perceive in your list of drawbacks. (...) True. That is a definite difference. (...) False. Keyboard controls for (...) (17 years ago, 4-Feb-08, to lugnet.cad, lugnet.cad.dev.mac)
