  Re: Lsynth and control points

(...) It looks like I have lsynth 2.0 (had to start the installer to find out: no "about" or version number in lsynth.exe or readme :-( ), so I guess the fix you got hasn't been implemented yet. -NB (19 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

Help on custom kit in honor of Brian Kelley's son Joshua's life

Brian Kelley, who is having difficulty posting to LUGNET, asked me to post to LUGNET asking for assistance in creating a commemorative model to celebrate his late son Joshua's life. I did a quick search for a post from Brian regarding his son's (...) (19 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.build, lugnet.castle, lugnet.people, lugnet.cad) !!

  L3PAO Install Problem

I've e-mailed the author and ldraw helpdesk. I haven't had a response yet and due to a time constraint, I'm posting here. The Portland State University lab uses Windows XP. When running L3PAO, it seems that the command line does not pass on to the (...) (19 years ago, 16-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad)

  Re: Lsynth and control points

(...) I found a similar problem a while back, lsynth seemed to treat those hoses "not as bendy" as they actually are. I emailed kevin and he sent me an update that fixed the problem, I'm not sure if it has been released publically yet, but I'm sure (...) (19 years ago, 15-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

  Lsynth and control points

I have a problem with a moc, no matter how I try to place the control points, the hose make this 7-shaped form instead of a nice ?-shape. The hose is fairly flat in the y direction, so this picture should show the problem: (URL) I'm using Lsynth via (...) (19 years ago, 15-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

LDD does not recognize my WildCat II 5110 64MB card with a Microsoft cert driver. I run graphics programs all day long and this dinky program won't run. LDD 1.4 has a file called reqcheck.xml is there a way to hard code this file and make (...) (19 years ago, 15-Sep-05, to lugnet.cad)

Re: My humble opinion about LDraw animation

Hi James, whew - this is getting to be a big mail, but I will try and answer in situ... (...) I suppose I consider it part of the concept, so then I, or others can build what I built, although given the original LDraw file, some may be able to work (...)   Re: LDD "hackers" made CNET

(...) Excellent question. We did get 2 rounds of answers but they weren't very "meaty". (...) I think as the article said, LEGO are constrained as to what they can say officially/publicly. But unofficially we're getting lots of winks, nods, thumbs (...) (19 years ago, 15-Sep-05, to lugnet.general, lugnet.cad, lugnet.mediawatch, FTX)

  Re: LDD "hackers" made CNET

(...) Why isn't TLG giving this sort of feedback though the (URL) forum> it set up specifically for that? LEGO Factory has been out for three weeks, and the TLG reps have yet to provide any answers (other than "LDD will be improved in the future"). (...)
