Help LDD won't Run

LDD does not recognize my WildCat II 5110 64MB card with a Microsoft cert
driver.
I run graphics programs all day long and this dinky program won't run.
LDD 1.4 has a file called reqcheck.xml
is there a way to hard code this file and make designer.exe run?
What should I do?
Anyone run across this problem?
