You have a duplicated quad on the non sloped outside surface. Also the top part of the underside area is missing. (20 years ago, 14-Jun-04, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

Taking another closer look, I noticed only the center and zero point are wrong, but that can easily be fixed. I have done so, but would like to credit the original author on this part.
