(...) Thanks! I'm the person (URL) requested the 50 x 50 baseplate>, and it's great to see it official. It's quite an old "part" (it's so big it's hard to call it a "piece"). It probably is LEGO's biggest part ever. Thanks again, Chris Dee, for (...) (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad, FTX)

  Confusion in parts naming

Re: LDraw.org 2004-02 Parts Update Now Available

(...) The duplication has been removed. The preview page only includes "new" parts - 105.dat was a fix/improvement to a version already in the official library, so it is not included on the preview page. The entry at (URL) exists now too. Chris (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

Re: LDraw.org 2004-02 Parts Update Now Available

(...) It also didn't get all the parts. I noticed 105.dat missing from the preview page, and since I just saw it get certified the other day, I checked and saw that it was in the update. --Travis Cobbs (20 years ago, 23-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)

Re: Why aren't LDRAW tools Open Source?

(...) Hi Steve, I'm still trying to understand this terse response. Right now, LSynth uses meta commands and part usages to define constraints for the synthesis process. LSynth performs in-line synthesis. That is to say, it does not spit out the (...) (20 years ago, 22-Apr-04, to lugnet.cad)
