I got the source, started making changes to be able to run it under linux but when I graduated and started working my free time was reduced drastically and I couldn't continue working on it. :( Leonardo (...) (23 years ago, 12-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad)

(...) If you are using the original ldraw.exe program, you won't have any luck with MPD files. LDraw.exe doesn't understand them. If you are using some other LDraw-compatible program, such as ML-CAD or LDLite, you shouldn't be having any problem (...) (23 years ago, 12-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Interesting. I guess that's a valid way to process MPDs, I was expecting/hoping programs were a bit more flexible. With the current situation, you can take a group of functioning LDR files, convert them to MPD (using an MPD tool), and the MPD (...) (23 years ago, 12-Mar-02, to lugnet.cad)

(...) According to this thread, it looks like the source may have gone to Leonardo. (URL) think he still monitors the CAD groups so he might see this. I'm sure this has probably been discussed to death, but why not create a sourceforge account and (...) (23 years ago, 12-Mar-02, to lugnet.trains, lugnet.cad)
