Whoops- I just discovered that Tore Eriksson already redid this piece (without side stripes). He actually went to the trouble of using disc and ring primitives to do the corners. His vertical positioning of the printing is also slightly different, (...) (24 years ago, 2-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dat.parts)

(...) Type 2 lines should not be used to outline the decorated areas on printed parts, so their use in 3010p06 is incorrect. To improve the look of the part when rendered by some of the older LCAD software, it is acceptable to define type 2 lines (...) (24 years ago, 2-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dev)

There's been occasional discussion about formalizing the LEGO-style CAD fan organization. Although an informal organization usually serves us pretty well, there are some things an informal group can not do, such as deal well with keeping a treasury, (...) (24 years ago, 2-Feb-01, to lugnet.cad.dev.org.ldraw, lugnet.announce) !!
