Thomas: (...) LDGLite (see (URL) for installation instructions on Linux) can convert DAT and MPD files to PNG: ldglite-run -i2 -ms model.mpd Using netpbm/pbmplus (and tcsh) it is easy to convert the PNG files to GIF and JPEG: foreach file ( (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)

Hello all, I have just began work on a part I can best descibe as Brick 1x4 with Studs Hollow on side. It came in the promotional set from LEGO and Quaker Oats, promoting the new MARS LIFE series. Not sure if it is in any of the other new MARS LIFE (...) (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad)

Does anybody know how I can add a .bmp image as a background in POV-Ray? I looked at their code examples but I couldn't find anything on adding an already existing image. Any help would be greatly appreciated... Rob McMurray (24 years ago, 24-Jan-01, to lugnet.cad.ray)
