(...) factor. E.g. a matrix 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 to 2 0 0 0 2 0 0 0 2 will result in a part double the normal size. 0.5 0 0 0 0.5 0 0 0 0.5 results in a part half the original size. Make sure you multiply all 9 values with the same factor otherwice the (...) (24 years ago, 1-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

I'm trying to get tire .6594 to shrink down and fit on hub .2994 (I read somewhere that the 30.4x14 tire has not been made but if it has I could just use that instead. Anyway- I have no idea how to change a parts scale. Thanks in advance to anyone (...) (24 years ago, 1-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad)

I'm new to the whole parts update process. Are the fixed parts automatically included in the update? The reason I ask is because the new version of 2447 looks hugely better than the old version when viewed using blended alpha instead of stipple (...) (24 years ago, 1-Sep-00, to lugnet.cad.dev)
