My LEGO tribute to Douglas Adams.

  Re: Escape to the Cave!

I think your experiment worked, the effect is quite cool. Excellent use of the transparent Mosaic baseplate. Josh (17 years ago, 22-Sep-07, to lugnet.build.vignette)

Re: Last Stand - a Castle Vignette.

Re: Last Stand - a Castle Vignette.

(...) Well an ax really is what you want when fighting skeletons! I really like the perspective of the first 2 pictures. Especially on the first one, I think the midday sky as the background really adds a lot to it. David (17 years ago, 22-Sep-07, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Just for fun - Reservoir LEGO - The Vignette.

Reservoir Dogs is one of my favourite films, and in my feverish state I decided to update a picture I originally made on the 26th of May - 1999! It's basically the final standoff scene at the end, built to Vig' 8x8 standards. If anyone hasn't seen (...) (17 years ago, 22-Sep-07, to lugnet.build.vignette)

  Escape to the Cave!

This one is kind of an experiment. I don't know if it has worked or not, but I'm on medication so my mind is a little frazzled right now. I call it "Escape to the Cave". The brave knight had fought long and hard with the Dragon but the battle was (...) (17 years ago, 21-Sep-07, to lugnet.build.vignette) !

  Intruder - a Christmas-themed Vignette.

his is only my second ever Vig. The theme may have been done before and if so, I apologise, it just seemed like a good idea at the time. It's simply titled "Intruder". The Police had spent years trying to track down the bearded burglar in the red (...) (17 years ago, 21-Sep-07, to lugnet.build.vignette)

Last Stand - a Castle Vignette.

Re: Vignette MOC of My Cubicle

(...) It certainly matches what I have seen in the real world! And you could make a hapless Joe Vig out of it real quick maybe by having Joe being eaten by a huge computer worm or virus. The only odd thing is that yours seems to be much bigger than (...) (17 years ago, 26-Jun-07, to lugnet.build.vignette, FTX)

Re: Vignette MOC of My Cubicle
