for those of you returning to brickfest who may be familiar with the social aspect of this great fest, a big vignette (bignette) voicing certain attendees' concerns re the bar scene. I usually don't post vignettes here, but I figured this one was worth presenting even on Lugnet. :-D This is my 50th vignette, and I chose to have it celebrate Pioneer Day, a Utah holiday celebrating the arrival of Mormon settlers in 1847 (even (...) I was thinking about the whole concept of vignettes, and, as much as I like them, I felt the need to be contrary ;). So I made two vigs of the most boring sort possible, and while that is true, they are also still pretty funny. Behold! The Un-Vigs! (...) Whilst road-tripping last week with fellow AFOLs Steve and Joe, I was inspired to write another haiku. This one came about because I am, admittedly, a very bad driver--due mainly to the fact that I speed, tailgate, and weave in and out of traffic (...)
