Sure! Would you like to test it? I'd love to get some user feedback.
It is functional, but not fully polished yet. Do you have the .NET
framework installed? My app is very small (~80k), and uses a managed PDF
dll (~200k) to handle the output.
Also, it only produces top view, not side-view mosaics (like your wonderful
Jesus mosaic).

It would have been nice to have a tool to help out. (And I'd love to see tlc (...) (21 years ago, 30-Jan-03, to lugnet.build.sculpture)
