Hi Eric,

My confusion arises from trying to reconcile this:

http://www.ericharshbarger.org/lego/images/mad_hatter/hatter_3.jpg

with this:

http://www.ericharshbarger.org/lego/images/mad_hatter/hatter_0.jpg

The first one seems to indicate that we are viewing the sides of tiles,
plates and bricks.

The second one seems to show the tops of tiles.

So, is the mosiac pattern made up of sides or of tops? Or is it some
combination of the two? That's my confusion.

Alan,

I added this pic as well:

to show a few plates and tiles. Between that image and these:

I'm not sure how to better illustrate how I made the mosaic.

That's a really nice creation. Well done!

But I'm having a lot a trouble fully understanding what it was that you did!
Do you have more photos showing a wider variety of pieces as they were
fitted together? I suppose because it's only in black and white that it's
harder to make out the details.

On a more "mercenary" note, your Pixelego program seems like it could be a
"nice little earner" if you chose to market it. You certainly have
demonstrated multiple excellent talents.

Thanks for sharing your creations. Any plans for Tweedledum and Tweedledee?
