FSM - All Hail His noodly goodness!

Hello all... 2 new mocs found in this (URL) (once moderated) both dedicated to all that question "Intelligent Design". Yes Virgina, there is a Flying Spaghetti Monster... Here HE is in all his noodly goodness! (URL) This moc was totally inspired by (...) (17 years ago, 31-Aug-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX) !!

  Re: New MOC: Dragon Sculpture

I love the toasted skellies... a really nice finishing touch for such a long, in depth project! God Bless, Nathan (17 years ago, 25-Aug-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

  Re: New MOC: Dragon Sculpture

(...) Anne, you really love those dragons -- and thats one hell of a sculpture. Post that to MOCpages, and you're sure to be a hit. -HRH (17 years ago, 25-Aug-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

  New MOC: Dragon Sculpture

New Theme at NWBrickCon 2007: Maxifigs

Ahoy mateys! NWBrickCon is pleased to present a new theme this year: Maxifigs. The idea is simple. Take your favorite minifigure and build it at ten times the normal size. For most minifigures this is pretty straightforward: take the instructions (...) (17 years ago, 3-Aug-07, to lugnet.events.nwbrickcon, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.build.minifigs) !!

  Re: The Crystal Skull

(...) TOTALLY AWSOME. Maybe using some black 1x2s in the eyes (nose and mouth) would give it some better definition. (17 years ago, 28-Jul-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

  Re: The Crystal Skull

Hey Todd, Abso-freakin'-lutely awesome!! Now it just needs some flashing rend lights in the eye sockets and you're ready to throw down some serious Lego voodoo! Dave S. (17 years ago, 27-Jul-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.org.us.sealug)

  The Crystal Skull

After taking a break from BrickFest PDX and working on completing Mecha Godzilla, I got a chance to head to LLCA. On my "parts and set run" I picked up a few lbs of 1x2 clear plate!! I was able to finish a MOC I had started years ago when they first (...) (17 years ago, 27-Jul-07, to lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build.sculpture, lugnet.org.us.sealug, lugnet.pirates) !!

  Re: By any other name...

(...) From a fellow rosebuilder, I say well done, Joe! I especially like the way you've incorporated many useless (to me, anyway) wedge plates. You've created a nice, tight pack of petals. Now, back to the Journal! :-) JOHN (17 years ago, 13-Jul-07, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)

  By any other name...

I finally built something. Not a spaceship, nor a building. Not micro, or minifig scale. (URL) Been wanting to build a rose (that sounds SO odd) for at least two years because the design challenge is really interesting: how go you get a medium that (...)
