Wow! I bet you never thought you’d see a relative of yours rendered in LEGO. :) That’s a pretty weird coincidence.


   The photo of all the fishermen in a row at the desk, well, that’s just surreal.

It was usually very strange to have these guys all over the place, staring blankly off into space. (Or staring at you!) Especially when I had all 8 heads sitting on a shelf, waiting for their bodies. :) After a while, though, I got used to having a few copies of “Mr G” hanging around. Now after so many months it’s odd that they’re gone!

Wow, Sean, great job on sculptures! I have to say I feel a special connection to this project because my great uncle was the Gorton's Fisherman. In fact, my grandfather's brother, (URL) Addison Powell>, may be the face that many of you remember as (...) (19 years ago, 15-Feb-06, to lugnet.build.sculpture, FTX)
