Well, it's not quite a perfect cube! I posted a challenge for this a while ago:

And there were a few really cool responses! There were... ~sort of~ a couple
designs for a perfect 2x2x2 cube, but they weren't great. One involved cutting
flex tubing to a particular length (BOO!) and one used a tile connection which
didn't have much clutch power (BOO!).
Certainly a 4x4x4 cube is possible, and it seems that a 3x3x3 may not be
possible. And a 2x2x2 is iffy, depending on how much of a purist you are :)
