Philippe,
That window trick is really clever. Thanks for showing it. Well done.

To complement on the SNOT techniques used in this BB62400, the bicolor version
led to interesting challenges especially to render both bicolor ends of the
locomotive in 4 studs width. After three different versions I ended-up with a
stable solution to render the nose of the BB62400 diesel locomotive in
yellow-grey colors. I tried the first but producing a solution with
misalignement for the 2x2 grey tiles as you can see in this picture.
Erik Amzallag provided two solutions. His first one resulted in a very small
offset of left and right block of the bicolor front of the loco. This is almost
undetectable unless you have the loco in hands.
You can see the structure in the .ldr file
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/chezfilou/FichiersTelechargement/avantBB6plus_solide.ldr.
The last solution from Erik is perfect. the last solution is always the best :).
No offset, robust arrangement and few parts. Here is the .ldr file for it
http://perso.wanadoo.fr/chezfilou/FichiersTelechargement/avantBB62400_4renforce.ldr.
I dont have pictures for this. It wouldnt look so different than the one above
at least on the screen.
Thanks for your comments,
