  Re: MOC: Cigarette

Not sure why this is under the 'mosaic' newsgroup... but Nice Work! (and I don't even smoke). Have you considered building a complete pack? eric (...) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

  Re: MOC: Cigarette

I don't know what to say. The idea and MOC is simple and effective, a really cool MOC. I can easily see it done with a "glowing" trans orange 1 x 1 round plate and perhaps a gray one too. Still, it makes me feel a little ill just looking at it. (...) (23 years ago, 29-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

well, i have used random plates in the past to emboss as you described, but to be honest, running out of 1x1 plates is not a big concern for me at the moment... I have thousands of the common colors in 1x1 plates. eric (...) (23 years ago, 28-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic)

LEGO Mosaic: Song Of The Angels

I recently completed a sizable mosaic (about 6' x 8', Studs Out). Like my Mona Lisa I did years ago, this is a rendition of a well known painting: 'Song Of The Angels' by William-Adolphe Bouguereau: (URL) questions welcome, cheers, eric harshbarger (23 years ago, 27-Oct-03, to lugnet.build.mosaic, lugnet.build, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.general) !!
