I just got confirmation from someone in sales at LLCA that the mosaic programmed has indeed been discontinued. The park would like to keep offering mosaics, but needs to arrange a supply source (I suppose the 90 element bags were unique to mosaics). (...) (21 years ago, 1-Jun-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

(...) I'm hoping it's just a changeover from old grays to new grays. The mosaics seemed rather popular at LLCA -- at least I often saw customers buying them. LEGO has stopped selling the 48x48 mosaics at LLCA and via lego.com. Anyone know why or if this is permament or if there is a new plan? -Ted (21 years ago, 31-May-05, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)
