Hi all, In MLCad I designed a frame (2 studs wide) for a "studs-up" mosaic that doesn't require any use of glue (!!). Before I actually start building my large mosaic, I decided to put my design to a final test. I quickly filled the frame with a (...) My students and I have just finished a large LEGO project. It is an 8 by 6 foot mosaic with a Las Vegas theme. I had the idea to create this after visiting the Neon Museum during a field trip. (...) Well, it did have the coolest feature ever: the Jumping Feather. What a great item!! I totally used it all the time to jump over enemies and attack them from behind - hya hya! (...) DRAT! I thought no one had done it yet!! I had just found a pic from the original Zelda with Link getting his sword. I planned on rendering it in a similiar fashion to the SNES Link (studs up, rather than studs out). You should definately (...) (22 years ago, 14-Jun-04, to lugnet.build.mosaic, FTX)

(...) Very nice mosaic, I wouldn't mind one gracing my own walls. Nice use of colors, with the light blue and orangish shade. A Link to the Past is by far the best Zelda game ever. Some more follow up on the mosaic... We did a test assembly of all the panels except for one that was stranded in the trunk of a car. Don't ask.
