Is there a best way to remove / add minifig arms so that they keep there original, tight enough to stay in place but not too tight, fit onto the torso? I've discovered that if you put the figs arms up over its head and the pry outwards with a slight (...) (23 years ago, 17-Jun-01, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Really, really nice! I don’t know why and I don’t know how… but you’ve really captured the disposition Henry VIII. I realize that the minifig torso you used is a standard pirate themed body.
