I recently purchased the Hydro Crystalation Station (6199) and the catalog cover shows a minifig with a blue face, golden fishlips and I was curious what set he/she/it comes from. Can anyone tell I am trying to avoid work today? I have made some modifications of minifigs. (URL) used: *An exacto knife to scrape off paint, both LEGO provided paint and my own. I don't mind this insanely happy fig. He kinda reminds me of that guy that's always screaming on the Dilbert cartoon show. I don't mind that Lego is creating people with personalities.
