  Re: DENNIS CHIDLEY??

(...) That's really bad news- I haven't been to his site in a while, but I really loved it. If anyone finds where it may have moved to, please post about it. eric (24 years ago, 22-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

<snip> (...) <snip> Yep, really cool piece worn by an M:Tron in set #6704. I think they decided they had to give it to him because the Blacktron had that huge rocket thing :) -dead (24 years ago, 22-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

(...) minifig. I'm no purist myself - I've loved all the customized superhero minifig ideas. This is one of the better executed ones, imo. We tried to use Lego bricks and such for additional scenery for a while for our D&D campaign (minifigs never (...) (24 years ago, 22-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  DENNIS CHIDLEY??

Has anyone heard of or from Dennis Chidley in the past while? He used to have a site with some intense POV-Ray superhero minifigs, but now his site has been moved/deleted/lost. If anyone can help me, please do. Thanks, <<KM>> (24 years ago, 22-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Customised Superhero Minifig

(...) Thanks! (...) It's an old Space jetpack- I think from around the M-Tron era, but I'm not completely sure. The things that hold the swords are supposed to hold a couple of trans-antifreeze 1x1 cones to represent exhaust. It's an incredibly (...) (24 years ago, 22-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Customised Superhero Minifig

Yet another project documented finally thanks to my new digital camera. Warning: This one involves painted LEGO elements. Well, one, anyway. But I did take the time to document how I did it.   Re: green hair????

(...) Yes, it is green hair. By the way, according to a S@H catalog I have, the girl with the green hair's name is Lucky. I am guessing that Lego finally wants to be a little exagerant and wild with new products now a days. Minifigs keep getting (...) (24 years ago, 19-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: green hair????

(...) It is definitely green hair, and it is only in two of the larger Race sets for now. I want it too, but I am waiting to see if it'll turn up in a smaller set. eric (24 years ago, 19-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  green hair????

I was looking at some of the new race sets at the store the other day, and I could have sworn that I saw a girl mini-fig with green hair. Can anyone confirm or deny this? If it is true, I would like to own some green hair. However, I am not really (...) (24 years ago, 19-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: What is Oasis Ambush?

(...) It's an oasis because there is a tree growing in the middle of the desert, so there is water (inferred) and it is an ambush because you are lured there by a nice palm tree and what appears to be treasure, but it really contains a scarry mummy (...)   Sam or Baron?!

I know everyone in America has noticed this. In the Dino Island theme, S@H and Lego Mania Magazine both refer the Baron Von Baron (Mr. Hates) minifig is the Sam Sinister (Slyboots) minifigure! It does not make any sense! "Baron Von Baron" is now (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  What is Oasis Ambush?

Hello Everyone! I know that someone besides me has wondered this, but what exactly is the Lego Egyptian Adventurers Set "5938 Oasis Ambush" all about? Well the name states "Oasis" which is a small body of water in a desert. This set seems not to (...) (24 years ago, 16-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)
