Yes, it is green hair. By the way, according to a S@H catalog I have, the girl
with the green hair's name is Lucky. I am guessing that Lego finally wants to
be a little exagerant and wild with new products now a days. Minifigs keep
getting more detailed, and I practically love minifigs more than the brick
itself. Oh, and the reason that Lucky has green hair is her "animal" symbol on
her torso, the gator, which is green, so Lego decided to spice up Lucky and
really improve characterization.
P.S.- The first Lego software game ever was Lego Island. Most of the minifigs
in the game were custom designed. I noticed hair first. Glen Funberg, a
resident of Lego Island, has GREY Hair! Cool. There is also a mysterious
character who has RED hair. I am talking about a male red wig, not a female
one. I think that this guy is Snap Lockitt's brother! Go to this homepage(it is
