  Re: Green Minifig Hands?

(...) I noticed that too! My conclusion is that he's actually the Grinch (who stole Christmas) in disguise... :) Bryan (24 years ago, 13-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Green Minifig Hands?

This brings up the point that every 'fig on the cover is an actual 'fig, does this mean that we're getting a new santa 'fig in time for (...) (24 years ago, 13-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: multi-limbed alien pod racer (SW:EpI:PM)

(...) Neat! If you really want to make it look inhuman, use a scorpion for the head. ~Mark (24 years ago, 5-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars, lugnet.build.minifigs)

Re: Newest fan of the Sharpie for customizing!

  multi-limbed alien pod racer (SW:EpI:PM)

Inspired by someone else's creative use of the Minifig Skeleton Leg, (and using the Lego CAD data file for the Minifig Aviator's Cap that I posted the other night; see "(URL) I created a model of the multi-limbed pod racing alien from "Star Wars - (...)   Re: Newest fan of the Sharpie for customizing!

(...) Personally, I use the Marvy-Uchida brand DecoColor markers for colors, and Sharpies only for black. After I paint them, I'll put the minifig next to a 60 watt lightbulb to dry. (Not too close, or you might cook your fig!) It's worked for me, (...) (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs)

Newest fan of the Sharpie for customizing!

After a recent inspiration (of Olympic proportions - pics shortly) I broke down and got me a selection of ultra fine point Sharpies to try my hand at minifig customizing. It seems Sharpies are the item of choice among LUGNETers but I'm curious about (...) (24 years ago, 3-Oct-00, to lugnet.build.minifigs, lugnet.general)

  Re: Mongols + Arabian Knights?

(...) I wish I could get my hands on more of the Gugan shields easily...it would br great if they had it in dark gray and the design in black or hunter green (...) I think that the tear drop shields and Dragon helmets are a reasonable substitution (...) (24 years ago, 30-Sep-00, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.minifigs)

  Re: Mongols + Arabian Knights?

(...) I have a makshift roman army that I began after seeing Gladiator. The figs have th black "dragon" helm (tho the silver ones wloud work much much better), the chain mail black monarchs torso. and the commanders have the ninja armor. they are (...)   Re: Mongols + Arabian Knights?

(...) I particularly like the Sand Kingdom headdress, now if I could do a decent turban...hmm (...) I guess I was trying to recreate those magical younger years when there was no envelope to push or box to think outside of = ) (...) well, no matter (...)
