Just a few more notes:

Head 171 from your "have" gallery is the "werewolf guy" from the "don't
have" gallery. Also, in the "don't have' gallery, aren't locker99-01 and
3626bpx95 the same? And "have" face 138, the glow in the dark evil skull is
also available on a white head, Ogel's drones. Don't know if that merits a
separate entry.

You really should think about submitting all the pictures in the "have"
gallery to Bricklink as large images, or replacements for some of their
existing small catalog photos, they're really great closeups that show lots
of detail. Or, give me permission to do it :)

I was pondering this question recently, and wondered if anyone had already set out to answer it. Unable to find any comprehensive collection of minifig faces already on the web, I decided to make one of my own by scanning every unique minifig face (...) (22 years ago, 28-Aug-02, to lugnet.build.minifigs) !!
