Very interesting. I really like the tandem seating arrangement and the
overall shape of the turret.
Historically, the only tank that I can think of that had two large-calibre
cannons in a single turret is the
Maus. Im only speculating,
but I think the reason why the arrangement youre proposing hasnt been
implemented is because the breech needs to have sufficiant space for
ammunition loading and recoil. This was important in WWII for the Germans,
who were able to upgun the Panzer IV only after making adjustments to the
gun and ammunition (muzzle breaks, shorter rounds, etc.) Basically, bigger
turret ring = bigger gun.

I suppose another problem might be that since the guns are off-centre, the
recoil would jerk the turret to the right or left a bit, which could be
uncomfortable for the crew? The closest Ive seen to a tank with two main
guns is the Finnish Advanced Mortar System turret which has two 120 mm
mortars - that can also be used for direct fire.

That is really cool. I looked around on YouTube and found
this video of the AMOS in action.
Thanks for bringing it to my attention. I havent really followed AFV-related
news in a while.
