Hi Magnus,

I love how you manage to get ample space for your figs in these models. It's a
really nice touch in such detailed models. They're all great models without it
and it just adds that extra touch.

Thanks Tim, I do like to have space inside the vehicles for the figs. The
downside is that it makes them all a little too big scalewise. Building military
vehicles for me has been all about balancing scale, aesthetics and
functionality.

I might steal your idea of using the new 4x4
wedge tile for a hatch in my T-104.

Hey thanks, it's a bit big but looks cool if you get it right.

With the Wolverine Anti-Armor Vehicle, I tried my hand at a mountain camo
scheme. This is much smaller than the Conquerer and closer to realistic scale,
but I do lose some functionality as a result. For instance, I wasn't able to fit
in suspension, at least in this original model. I wish LEGO produced 2 brick
wide track, as the narrow track is a little too small and the wide track is a
little too big.  I'm not sure if I'm comletely happy with the look of the front
of the hull, but it works for now.

This one is my favourite. It's just got a really nice shape to it. I'm also a
sucker for snow camos so it really tickles me.

Hey thanks, I hope to build more in mountain camo eventually, but the main color
schemes I work in are the two dark green based ones.

I had wanted to build a sort of big jeep/Humvee inspired sort of vehicle, and
the Mule FUV (Fighting Utility Vehicle) ended up as more of monstrously large
pickup truck.

Althought I can appreciate the difficulties of fitting the suspension in I think
I would have just left it off this one and made it smaller. It's just that
little bit too big for my tastes.

I know what you mean, perhaps I'll have a go at something smaller some time.

Great work on all of them.

Tim

Thanks for your kind words, and I hope to see more military MOCs from you!

Play well

Magnus
