Hi Christian
I grew up on Indiana Jones movies so I have always had an interest in the pre
and post 2nd World War era. But primarily I get a lot of satisfaction out of
building a model of a vehicle that exists. Finding the images from books or the
net and building it as exact as possible with a touch of artistic licence!
But, I love helicopters and finding one from the '40s makes it all the more
interesting - they used to land the Kolibri on ships!
I've just made a very adventurers style diorama for the kolibri. But the next
project I have in mind is to build either the Focke Wulf Fw 61 or the Focke
Achgelis Fa 223 Drache.
Easter is obviously a good time for building! Can't imagine what the neighbours
think - I have not sorted my bricks yet!
Thanks for your comments.
Chris
