Good Day All,
I was wondering if I could solicit some help from the many fine builders of
things military here.
I am looking to purchase some elements for tank treads and really have no
idea where to start...eg. what to buy, how many elements etc.
Essentially, I am looking to do a model the approximate size of Dan
Siskind's phenomenal Tiger I tank:

Could anyone tell me what I need for the tracks on such a beast? It looks
to be 2 spoked technic wheels for 'grab', interspaced with 9 similar sized
flywheels. As for the treads themselves, I can't even guess. I've seen
technic chain links for sale on bricklink, but don' know if these are the
same thing.
Apologies for the naivete in such things...I've never really ventured too
far out of System :)
If anyone knows of any shops that specialize in this elements, I would be
grateful for the referral.
