Re: The wonderful Blacksmith Shop: Open Letter to Dan

Hi Paul! Thanks for your kind words! I've actually had several arguments about the color scheme on this kit, both before and after it's release, and I'm glad I have someone on my side here! As for Lego making 20 more sets like this, you should write (...) (23 years ago, 23-Feb-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.trains)

Re: The wonderful Blacksmith Shop: Open Letter to Dan

I got mine yesterday, knew I was going to be very happy, right from seeing the beautiful box art (was expecting the half-disappointing black & white/gray "legends" style). Enjoyed putting it together - but the real seal of approval came from my 4 (...) (23 years ago, 22-Feb-02, to lugnet.castle, lugnet.build.arch, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.trains)

Re: Anyone have pictures of Dan's "release party"?

Hi guys! Sorry it has taken me so long to post anything since returning home. Incidentally I quit smoking on Tuesday, so I've been a little scatterbrained for the past couple of days, not to mention busy getting caught up with my eBrickLinkBAY (...) There are going to be some happy (and frantic) customer's at Brickmania ... ecstatically happy with the sudden onslaught of great new armored vehicles, and frantic trying to figure out which one to get first! I'm hoping (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Re: Anyone have pictures of Dan's "release party"?

(...) Hey Lindsay, Just home from Carlsbad...*WHEW!*... I know that LOTS of shots were taken of Dan's (AWESOME) tanks. Wait for Todd Thuma to get home, and I'm sure he'll be flooding BrickShelf (he took a couple of thousand shots, I believe...not of (...) (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military)

Anyone have pictures of Dan's "release party"?

Hi all, Dan was supposed to have lots of tanks at BricksWest. Did anyone get photographs of them? Can we begin discussion? Paging Mr. Siskind...Paging Mr. Siskind... best LFB (23 years ago, 20-Feb-02, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.build)

Re: Pope's 7 site up and running

(...) Excellent work Jamie. I like the originality of all the ships, but I think my favorite is the Hunter. I like the assymetry of it and it looks really clean. Your characters are nicely designed also. I find that I could care less about minifigs (...) (23 years ago, 19-Feb-02, to lugnet.general, lugnet.build.military, lugnet.space)
