(...) Damn! I was hoping nobody would mention this plane. I've actually done one, but it kind of morphed into my previous post of the He219. I was thinking of redoing it now that picked up a few parts off Brickbay. I thought for sure nobody would (...) (23 years ago, 14-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) Wow this thing is great.Nice to you went for accuracy in the decals. To me it means you include all symbols from that era even if you deem it bad(which if you really look into history it's not) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) [snippage] (...) I would definitely love to see an Me-262 ... I'm glad to hear that there are some of these in the works! Another one I'd *love* to behold would be a true minifig-scale B-17 (1 stud~1 ft ... I know it's not German, but what a (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) The "wooden jet fighter" I think you're talking about is the He162 (Salamander), which *did* fly, however poorly. They even had an Erprobungskommando outfitted with the things, but they were strictly forbidden from engaging enemy aircraft. Or (...) (23 years ago, 13-Dec-01, to lugnet.build.military)

(...) Thanks, I appreciate the nice comments. (...) Hmm, not sure yet. German aircraft of that era had a lot of style, which is why I like to model them, but there's a few Allied aircraft I'm thinking of doing. There's a few more German planes I'd (...)
