  Re: Hawker Dankok

(...) Christian, This is very nice, it's hard to capture the look of a biplane, with the rotary engine and spindly struts, but you've done it. Thanks, George (17 years ago, 3-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Hawker Dankok

(...) Thank you! Feel free to borrow any ideas. Teaser: If you like this I bet you will love one of those I am working on now! Christian (17 years ago, 3-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Hawker Dankok

Also i am a massive fan of that era of planes, and may borrow some of your technics :) (i went nuts on adventures the moment it came out, so much good stuff) Had a look at the other (...)   Re: Hawker Dankok

(...) That is jolly nice old chap. Excellent compact design. I'm going to be using this for fodder when I finally get around to building an Avro. Tim (17 years ago, 2-Apr-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Hawker Dankok

Hawker Dankok (2 URLs) Hawker Dankok The Dankok single seat fighter was used by the Danish Navy in the late twenties and early thirties.   Re: Military display and MOCs

(...) David, Thanks for the kind words, there are more pics of those vehicles in the BS gallery. Landscaping is pretty fun, and seems to be easy enough to in a way that looks good. Really eats up the pieces though ;) cheers Magnus (17 years ago, 24-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.military)

  Re: Military display and MOCs

Very nice! There is a lot of good work in there. Particularly eye catching were the well placed and well designed figs. Keep up the great work! God Bless, Nathan (URL) (17 years ago, 22-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Military display and MOCs

Greetings, Display: I recently displayed my Jaguar tank, Rhino IFV, and some military figs at the WAMALUG display window at Tysons Corner Mall in Northern Virginia. It gave me the chance to do some basic landscaping, and that's something I'd like to (...) (17 years ago, 22-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.military, lugnet.announce.moc) !

  Love Missile!

  Re: Armoured Ski Mobile

Interesting, I do like how you did the front. What is the problem with BS, are they slow to moderate? Thanks for sharing Magnus (18 years ago, 2-Mar-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Armoured Ski Mobile

(2 URLs) BS> (if ever modded) (URL) Flickr> Well... Soren dared me to make this ski mobile (and kindly sent me the pics) so who was I to say no.   Re: Rhino Armored Vehicles

Soren, Thanks for the tip, I'll have another go at it when I can, although I'm about to move so it may not be for a little while. I'm thinking maybe some kind of large raiseable antenna or something. On a side note I'm a big fan of your tanks and (...) (18 years ago, 17-Feb-07, to lugnet.build.military, FTX)

  Re: Rhino Armored Vehicles

Jude Thanks for the comments! I just moved the Rhino to a display where it will be for a month, so I can't take pix of the suspension system, but it is basically a variant of what I've done in the past - I groups wheels in pairs - a little like (...)
